Greetings Heroes!

First of all, we would like to sincerely apologize for the delay in awarding for LU Rewards. It will be almost 2 months now. Today, we would like to announce that we have developed a faster system for awarding or claiming your Rewards via MyLU.

This system will be available approximately around 2nd Week of October 2009. (around October 12 to October 18, 2009)

Starting on that date, a container account will be generated for the Rewards claim in which the username and password of that account will be mailed to your MyLU inbox.

How to Redeem your Rewards with the Container account?

1. Once you have received the container account details (username and password) via MyLU inbox, login to Perfect World using that account.
   1. It will be 1 CONTAINER ACCOUNT per claim.
      • Example: 4 Claims of 10pcs Level 9 Crimson Soulstone = 4 Accounts.
   2. If you have claimed lots of your REWARDS since July, expect lots of container accounts as well.
2. Create a MALE WUXIA character in that account.
3. After creating the MALE WUXIA, make sure that its inventory is EMPTY, logout of Perfect World and go to the redemption site.
   • note: make sure that the MALE WUXIA character is OFFLINE when you access the redemption site. Claims pertaining to negligence of this guideline will be considered invalid.
4. Input the necessary details required at the Redemption site and claim your rewards!
5. Upon claiming the rewards at the redemption site, you may now login to Perfect World using that container account with the MALE WUXIA.
6. Voila! Your rewards are now in the MALE WUXIA character and you may now trade it to your main character.

Claiming Period

• You can claim your rewards within 14 days after receiving the container account details at your MyLU inbox.
• Should you not be able to claim the rewards within the 14 day period, you are given another 14 days to FILE A TICKET via Customer Support and appeal to claim the rewards.
• If no ticket was received during this time, the reward will be considered forfeited and further claim or follow up for the specific reward/s will be considered invalid.
• Items not transferred within a total of 28 days will be considered forfeited.

So make sure you follow the instructions carefully to receive those great rewards!

However, as per our announcement above, the CONTAINER ACCOUNTS will be sent around 6:00pm today.

FOR THE NEW REWARDS CLAIMS - the new system has been integrated to the MyLU REWARDS PAGE.

Updated the post above on clarification on the number of CONTAINER ACCOUNTS that will be sent through your myLU Inbox.

It will be 1 (one) Container Account per claim.

If you have done 20 claims back then, then expect 20 Container Accounts.
