Greetings Heroes!

To streamline and improve the claiming of your myLU Rewards for Perfect World, here's an update on the new faster and better system that we're developing.

PLEASE READ THE GUIDELINES BELOW BEFORE PROCEEDING TO THE REWARDS PAGE

<b>Here are the new steps and/or guidelines for this new system:</b>

<i><b>Step 1:</b></i>Create a <b>NEW</b> Perfect World game account in your MYLU account where you Top-Up. <ul><li>Create a <b>Level 1 Wu Xia Character that does not have any special Characters or ASCII Codes.</b></li><li>This character <b>should always have an empty inventory and storage slots.</b></li><li><span style="color:#FF0000"><b>LOGIN THE CHARACTER at least once before proceeding to the next step.</b></span></li></ul><u><b>NOTE:</b></u> This character will serve as your container account for redeeming your LU rewards. Do not level the character since it will revert to Level 1 when you claim your prizes.

<i><b>Step 2:</b></i> When claiming for your rewards, in the "GAME ACCOUNT", input only the <b>EXACT CHARACTER NAME of the LEVEL 1 WUXIA</b> you have created.<ul><li><b>NEVER</b> input your main character’s name in the “GAME ACCOUNT” box in the myLU Rewards page. This may result to your main character turning into a Level 1 Wu Xia Character.</li><li><b>ONLY</b> input the character name of the <b>LEVEL 1 WU XIA</b> you have created.</li><li>Level Up! will <b>NEVER</b> be responsible for your characters disappearance for not following this guideline properly.</li></ul><i><b>Step 3:</b></i> You will then confirm by checking two boxes to confirm the following. (confirmation radio button)<ul><li>I am sure that the Character name I inputted is a Level 1 WuXia.</li><li>My Character is offline or not logged in.

<i><u><b>NOTE:</b></u> </li><li>You won’t be able to click the redeem button in the Rewards page if you do not confirm the messages in Step 3. <b>This is to make sure that the character you are inputting is a Level 1 Wu Xia and not your Level 80 to 105 main character.</b></li><li><b>Make sure that the CHARACTER NAME INPUTTED BELONGS OR IS IN YOUR ACCOUNT or linked to the account you logged in to claim the rewards.</b></li><li>If the character you inputted for the claim <b>DOES NOT BELONG TO YOUR ACCOUNT, this might cause LOST OF REWARDS POINTS and REWARD ITEMS LOST</b>.</i>

If you wish to claim more than one reward, <b>you will need to transfer the items or empty the inventory or storage of your Level 1 Wu Xia in order to avoid overwriting your previous rewards.</b></li></ul><b><u>DISCLAIMER:</u> IN ANY CASE YOU INPUT YOUR MAIN CHARACTER’S NAME OR ANY CHARACTER WITH A HIGHER LEVEL THAN 1, IN YOUR REWARDS CLAIM, LEVEL UP WILL NOT BE, IN ANY WAY, OBLIGATED TO RESTORE YOUR CHARACTER TO ITS ORIGINAL FORM. IT IS YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THAT THE CHARACTER NAME YOUR ASSIGNED TO RECEIVE THE REWARDS FITS THE CHARACTER REQUIREMENTS IN STEP 1.</b>
