Greetings Heroes!

It's time to end the long wait, delays in awarding and frustration.

NEW and FAST REWARDS SYSTEM

Tomorrow, October 14, 2009 at approximately around 2:00pm, the new Perfect World Level-Up! REWARDS page will be available to the public. This will also mark the beginning of the AUTOMATED SYSTEM that we promised weeks ago.

Starting tomorrow, all NEW REWARDS CLAIM will be using the process found on this page.

OLD CLAIMS REDEMPTION
  • GM, how about those who have claimed their rewards before? (GM, paano kung dati pa kami nag claim, paano na yung rewards namin?)
WARNING ON INFLUX OF REWARDS REDEMPTION AND NEW CLAIMS

We know that everyone is excited about this. This is why we want to warn everyone with the possible TRAFFIC THAT THE SERVERS WILL ENCOUNTER tomorrow.

Problems you might encounter during the traffic:
  1. Server Error.
    • This is one of the errors that is probably going to happen during the heavy traffic of reward claims and redemption. This might cause LOST OF REWARDS POINTS with no ITEMS being redeemed.
    • IF EVER you have encountered this problem, take a screenshot and file a ticket at our Customer Support Page.
  2. Oooops! Page doesn't load.
    • This is one indication that there are a LOT of people in the rewards page. Only suggested solution to this is "Try to visit again after an hour".
  3. WHERE THE HELL IS MY POINTS/REWARDS!?
    • This is the worst error that you might encounter on October 14 if there are more than 10,000 players loading the website and our servers at the same time. This literally results to Lost of POINTS or NO ITEMS RECEIVED in your Level 1 WUXIA account.
    • This problem is caused by the connection of the BROWSER (IE, Firefox, Chrome etc..), THE INTERNET (myDSL, Smart BRO etc...) and our SERVERS (Level-Up! REWARDS Server) not communicating well.
    • If you really don't want to risk it or don't want this to happen, WE SUGGEST THAT YOU CLAIM or REDEEM YOUR REWARDS SOME OTHER DAY.
MOST OF ALL...

FOLLOW THE STEPS AND GUIDELINES CAREFULLY. It is your sole responsibility to make sure that the character names you will input is a LEVEL 1 (ONE) WUXIA. LEVEL-UP! WILL NEVER RESTORE CHARACTERS OR REWARDS CLAIMS LOST DUE TO NEGLIGENCE OR NOT FOLLOWING THE STEPS OR GUIDELINES CAREFULLY.

To prepare our Rewards Servers and database for the traffic later once we launch the new system for the rewards, we are extending our setup time until approximately around 2:00pm.

We still advise that you read the WARNING in the first post above and follow all the instructions and guidelines CAREFULLY before claiming your rewards.

FOR OLD CLAIMS, the link for the redemption page is now available: http://promos.levelu...pw/PWLURewards/
However, as per our announcement above, the CONTAINER ACCOUNTS will be sent around 6:00pm today.

FOR THE NEW REWARDS CLAIMS - the new system has been integrated to the MyLU REWARDS PAGE.

Please Read all the Guidelines Carefully and read all the WARNING and Announcements related to this launch.
