This is for those who are not aware of this search function in PW that helps in finding and finishing quests a little faster.
I hope this helps.
Ok first off.

1. Press Q or Alt Q to activate the quest window.
2. in the Quest Window click Find Quest
3. Make sure to remember the exact coordinates

Step 1 (Screenshots)

4. Next, click the Search for Nearby NPC button (NPC LOcator)
5. Input the coordinates for your quest (Dont add the "," comma).

6. Click the >>>> icon at the right side of the coordinate window.
7. Add a name (any name, even nos. would do)

8. and Lastly Press M (A mark will appear on the map, showing you the exact location of the NPC/Landmark
that you are looking for).

A lot of people doesn't know how to use it yet.

Ok here is a complement to the TOPIC, more of a REVERSE function.

Say a friend is asking for the location of something and you total forgot the coordinates but know it on the map. You can give the exact coordinates by doing the following:

1. Open MAP and find the place
2. click on the <<<< in the minipanel then click on the exact location
3. Place a name in the pop-up window and close the map
4. Lastly, open the NPC LOCATOR and HOVER your mouse to the name and you will see the actual coordinates.

Nice guide. However, when the NPC "Mission Administrator" shows up on you, and shows you a location North West of Orchid Village, disregard the marked location and go straight to Dragon City west. Mission Administrator is on the same cubicle as Hou Ren Xi.

GOOD DAY EVERYONE!

I'm stucked with my first ever Dragon Seeking Quest (the lowest DSQ) . I was told to kill earth imp (which i did) and report back to the Dragon Seeking Messenger. Now, who the hell is he/she? Where is She/He located?
There was no cooordinate given in the quest log.

Did i missed something here?

Can anyone please help me in this?

Dragon Seeker is located at the birth point of every class.

Beast at North-pass camp.
Sword at Pengcheng Inn
Wingkin at Louying Village

You can pass completed DSQs at any of those NPCs.
